What is the difference between UV lamp curing and LED UV curing for fiber coloring machine?

The optical fiber coloring machine adopts LED UV curing, and the curing furnace adopts LED UV lamp and power supply;
UV lamp curing adopts UV lamp tube and corresponding power supply;
They are UV-curable for fiber optic inks.
LED UV curing generally needs to be colored with LED curing special ink, or mixed with LEDUV curing common coloring ink of different bands;
Conventional inks are used for curing such as UV.
The cost of LED UV curing oven is more expensive, but because of the low power required, it is more energy-saving.
In addition, the UV lamp is a mercury (Hg) lamp. If some countries have environmental protection requirements and regulations are prohibited, this curing furnace cannot be used.
